About Us

We are a family focused Osteopathic clinic. We are looking for the right person to work as part of our tight knit team in the role of receptionist/admin. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding osteopathic and myotherapy care and building strong client relationships by exceeding expectations.

About The Role

This position is a key role, you will be the first point of contact for every client/enquiry. The priority of the role is customer service and building genuine rapport with people of all ages. The administrate duties involve answering/making telephone calls, booking appointments, processing payments, operating practice software, implementing and adapting established office procedures and maintaining office presentation and cleanliness.

  • Casual/Part time position - depending on the person

  • 15-35 hrs/week approx

  • Practice open 8am till 7pm, varying hours across the week

  • This role will work across both our South Geelong and Lara clinics

Skill And Expertise

A "people person" that has a professional telephone manner with outstanding communication skills. Personal attributes would include self-motivated, very well presented, reliable, energetic, open to learn and grow. An ability to prioritise tasks and present the necessary technical skills to ensure the administrative duties do not fall behind the customer service interactions. Interest or passion for health or general wellbeing. Previous experience is favourable, BUT is certainly NOT essential. We are very focused on finding the correct person, not just a skill set.
